Davenport’s Detroit Campus now officially open

On Feb. 7, 2019, Davenport University officially opened its Detroit campus with a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house.

Davenport has been committed to the education of the greater Detroit community for more than 60 years. The new Detroit campus, located at 3031 W. Grand Blvd. in Midtown, is expected to serve more than 2,000 students each semester.

Earlier this year, Davenport University announced new partnerships with the City of Detroit and Wayne County. These partnerships provide scholarships toward professional-development and higher-education bachelor’s and master’s degrees for city and county employees, their spouses and their dependents.

Enrollment for classes at the new campus is now open. More information about programs offered in Detroit can be found at https://davenport.edu/campus/detroit.

Thank you to all of our faculty, staff, alumni and prospective students who joined us for the open house.
